ComplyTrain is built by Skylen for regulated industries - starting with defence and dual-use, where getting compliance right is not optional and getting it wrong is disqualifying.
Why we built it
Regulated organisations run their compliance on spreadsheets, shared drives and the memory of one overloaded quality manager. It works until an audit, a customer questionnaire or a tender asks for the evidence - and then it is a fortnight of retrieval and a set of gaps discovered too late.
We built ComplyTrain so the evidence is a by-product of the work, not a project of its own. One system for the quality management system, the controlled documents, the training, the risks, the suppliers and the tenders - organised around the standards you answer to.
Built in the EU, for regulated work
ComplyTrain is developed by Skylen and hosted in the EU (AWS eu-central-1), with each customer isolated at the database, identity and storage layers. We are deliberate about what we claim: we publish only what we can substantiate, and we do not imply certifications we do not hold.
Part of the defence-tech ecosystem
We work with the Ukrainian defence-tech cluster (UADUT) and are present at industry events including DALO Industry Days. Defence and dual-use is our flagship focus - the same platform serves any organisation that has to prove how it operates, not only what it makes.
