The platform
One platform for the whole compliance programme
ComplyTrain is a single system for the work regulated organisations must do and must prove - from the quality management system to the tender response - with the modules sharing one set of records, organised around your standards, and AI that does the heavy reading while a person always decides.
Why one system beats a stack of tools
Compliance work is connected: a changed procedure means re-training; a new requirement means new evidence; a supplier’s risk becomes your finding. When each of those lives in a different tool or a different spreadsheet, the connections are maintained by hand - and they are exactly what breaks before an audit.
ComplyTrain keeps the whole programme in one system, so the connections are kept for you. A completed checklist can raise the corrective action and register the risk on its own. A fact you give once appears in your documents and grounds every later conversation. Evidence you accept in one place answers a tender question in another. The result is not more software - it is less of the manual reconciliation that regulated teams spend their weeks on.
Organised around your standards
Each standard arrives complete - its requirement library, document templates, workflows and role model are already there, so you never start from an empty system. Adopt a second standard and ComplyTrain reads the documents you have already written for the first and shows which requirements they satisfy, with a written rationale for each - a head start on the overlap, without ever marking anything done on your behalf.
Built and hosted for regulated work
ComplyTrain runs in the EU (AWS eu-central-1), with each customer isolated at the database, identity and storage layers - a separate schema, a separate identity pool and a separate storage bucket per organisation. It is built by Skylen for organisations that are audited on how they handle information, not only on what they produce.
AI does the reading. Your team stays in control.
The differentiator is not that there is AI - it is that the AI does the heavy reading and drafting while a named person decides, and every AI-influenced change is on the record.
Grounded in your own documents
The assistant answers from your own approved procedures, records and evidence - not the open internet. You decide which document states it is allowed to read, so it works from what you have approved.
AI drafts the first pass; a person signs off
AI reads across a standard, drafts the sections and checks where your documents meet each requirement, flagging the gaps with severity. Every proposal arrives as a tracked change you accept, reject or override - and it never rewrites the thing it is reviewing.
Every AI change is attributable and reversible
Once a document is approved it is locked - no AI route can alter it. Every AI session and suggestion is logged against a named machine-or-human actor, so AI-influenced edits stay attributable and reversible from the revision history, and any assessment can be overridden by a qualified person.
How ComplyTrain gets to know you
The system learns your organisation
Instead of months transcribing your company into someone else’s template, ComplyTrain builds your workspace, reads what you already have, and interviews you about the rest.
Your workspace is ready before you log in
Your isolated environment is built for you and pre-loaded with the requirement library, document templates, workflows and role model for the standards you hold - plus an implementation plan for each, laid out across the date you are working toward. No implementation project to stand it up.
It reads what you already have
Point it at your website and upload the documentation you already keep. ComplyTrain reads and indexes it - including scanned PDFs - works out which requirements you already satisfy, and shows you where the real gaps are.
A compliance advisor interviews you in plain English
An AI advisor asks about your business one question at a time - only the things it does not already know - and threads its questions to the people who can answer them. Anything you cannot answer now is parked as a task, never a dead end.
Say it once - and it is reused
What you tell ComplyTrain is captured with where it came from and its history, and stays yours to edit. Your company details flow into every generated document, and everything else grounds the next conversation and the next standard’s interview - so a second standard is far faster than the first.
The modules
Nine modules that share one set of records. Adopt the ones you need; add the rest as you grow.
Quality Management
Audits, corrective actions, processes and approvals in one quality system, organised around ISO 9001.
Document Control
Draft compliance documents with AI, keep every version under control, and export them beautifully branded - all in one place.
Training Management
Assign training, test comprehension, and keep the records an auditor asks for.
Risk Management
Identify, score, treat and review your risks in one place - with AI to help anyone run a proper assessment, and a defensible trail behind every decision.
Requirements Management
See every requirement you face - across every standard, plus your own contracts and policies - traced to the documents, evidence and processes that satisfy it.
Stakeholder/Vendor Management
One current register of the suppliers and partners you depend on - each risk-assessed, re-assessing itself on schedule, and wired straight into your risk register.
Grants & Tenders
AI reads the tender pack and pulls out the requirements, deadlines and rules - then helps you draft the response from your own approved content, with you reviewing every step.
Media Monitoring
The sector news that matters to your organisation - read and rated by AI, and delivered as a scheduled digest in your own language.
Reporting & Analytics
One view of compliance across every module - for management review and for the board.
