Become a ComplyTrain associate
We deliver compliance consultancy with our own people and a small group of named associates. If you take organisations through certification for a living, this is how to work with us.
Why we work with associates
Our own team does not cover every standard, every sector and every language, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to fail a client. When an engagement needs expertise we do not have in-house, we would rather bring in somebody who already has it than take the work and learn it on the client's deadline.
That is the whole idea. It is not overflow capacity, and it is not a bench we call when we are busy.
Who we are looking for
- People who have taken organisations through certification, not people who have read the standard. The difference shows up in the first audit.
- Depth in a specific standard: ISO 9001, ISO 27001, the AQAP publications, AS9100 and EN 9100, the STANAG series, or something adjacent we should know about.
- A language we work in, or one we do not yet. We deliver in Danish, English, French, German, Polish and Ukrainian, and the gaps are as interesting to us as the overlaps.
- Comfort working alongside a client's team rather than around it. The people who run the system afterwards have to be in the room while it is built.
What you get
Three things that are true of every engagement, so you know what you are agreeing to.
A system to deliver in
You build the client's quality system on ComplyTrain rather than in Word and a shared drive. Product training and a working environment come with the engagement.
See the platformScoped work, not hourly guesswork
Engagements are scoped and priced before they start. You know what has been agreed with the client, because you helped scope it.
How an engagement worksYour name on the work
Clients are told who is on their engagement before it begins. You are introduced as yourself, not white-labelled into anonymity.
What we tell clients
How it works, and what we will not promise
You tell us what you have actually taken clients through. If there looks to be a fit we suggest a call, because a conversation tells us more than a form does, and it tells you more about us.
What we will not do is promise you a pipeline. We are building this network deliberately and slowly, and the honest position is that engagements come when they come. Anyone who promises an independent consultant guaranteed volume is either much bigger than us or not being straight with you.
We will also say no, and say why. That is more useful to you than a maybe that never becomes anything.
